Lorraine Banning

Lorraine, too, is developing her burgeoning career as a performer, with various concerts planned in the vicinity of her home in Bedfordshire. She is also preparing joint concerts with her husband of solo and duet items.

Lorraine is building a wide repertoire of solo, duet, accompaniment, and chamber music, including works from the Baroque to Late Romantic eras. Her performances have been praised for their expressive musicality and tone quality. Like her husband, she is inspired by the great pianists from the Romantic era, and concentrates on developing a colourful, singing palette.

Her illustrated lectures on musical history have proven to be extremely popular, as she successfully combines musical insight with a winning personality.
